A 20 minute bus ride takes you directly to the A C F at Jay St., or the Q at Dekalb Ave, or you can transfer to the A C at Hoyt-Schemerhorn (via G Train).
It is a fairly spacious living room, but there might not be too much storage space. The apartment is located on the first floor of a Brownstone, renovated completely with a beautiful kitchen, hardwood floors, new bathroom, etc. There is nothing pre-fab about it. Right now there is someone renting the living room, but he is never here. (Personally, that would be ideal. Be a social butterfly of some sort).
