With two other guys who are NYIT students.  One lived there before and it got flouded, so it was redone and everything is brand new.  Its in Brooklyn right near the J Train Myrtle Ave.

I can move in on Saturday.  I've got money for first rent and security.  Utilities are included.  I'll have wired Internet because one of the guys works for Verizon.  We're going to put up a wall together to make a 3rd bedroom, and there will still be common room.  New kitchen stuff.

The guys are really chill and close to my age.  Best situation I've found.  Awesome.
